Yukgaejang is a spicy Korean soup made with bracken, scallions, and vegetables like bean sprouts and mushrooms. Seasoned with garlic, soy sauce, and gochugaru, it has a rich, spicy flavor and is often enjoyed as a hearty comfort food, especially in colder weather!
Cooking with Pot
Defrost the soup, pour it into a pot. After cover with a lid, boil on hight heat for approximately 5 minutes before serving.
Cooking with Microwave
Defrost the soup, place it in a microwave- safe lid, and heat for about 7 minutes.
Ingredients: Water, Bean sprout, Green Onion, Chili powder, Bracken, enoki mushroom, Shiitake mushroom, Chili oil, Salt.
